Gill lives and breathes fitness and she is always researching new and challenging exercises to make sure her clients never get bored.

A former scuba diving instructor having taught in in Australia she has completed a number of events including marathons and triathlons and she loves all types of sport.

Specialising in using kettlebells to condition, strengthen and sculpt the body she continually strives to develop her knowledge and skill-set to always keep sessions fresh and fun. Gill understands the importance of focusing sessions on reaching your goal whether it is to burn fat, supercharge your metabolism, increase strength or improve core stability and fitness levels.
